DSCR NOTE
(a) The Offeror is required to submit their Data Universal
Numbering System (DUNS) Number or Data Universal Numbering System+4
(DUNS+4) Number which will be used for verification of registration
in the DoD Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database in order
to comply with the Debt Collection Improvement Act of 1996 (31 U.S.C.
3332; 31 U.S.C. 7701). The DUNS Number may be provided as instructed
in 52.212-1(j) above or may be inserted in the space provided below.

(b) If the Offeror does not have a DUNS Number, it may obtain
one through the CCR process (refer to FAR 52.204-7 and DFARS
252.204-7004A, Required Central Contractor Registration, (Sec I)) or
directly from Dun and Bradstreet.
