B10 9-3 ALT REQUIREMENT FOR HOLDING FIRST ARTICLE DSCR (JAN 1996)

Contractor is required to hold one approved First Article unit
until final production run has been approved and accepted. In the
case of Indefinite Delivery Contracts, the unit will be held until
final production run has been approved and accepted on the first
delivery order.
