B72 48-2A NOTICE OF VALUE ENGINEERING PAYMENTS DSCR (JAN 1996)
AND
B48F01 48-2A-9G
Award of this contract obligates the Government to make payments
to the Contractor under contract number _______________ in accordance
with the value engineering provisions of that contract. These payments
are to be made from appropriations currently available. To the extent
that the Government does not, in fact, receive delivery of acceptable
items on which payment is made, the Government is entitled to
reimbursement of a proportionate share of the payment from the
Contractor to whom it was paid.
