I34 52.209-9G06 VEHICLE REGISTRATION AND OPERATION DSCR (JAN 1996)

(a) Privately owned vehicles to be operated on the military reservation
must be registered at the Command Security Office within forty-eight hours
after arrival at said installation. Evidence of compliance with the
following automotive liability coverage must be prepared upon application
for vehicle registration.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS FOR THE STATE OF VIRGINIA
(b) Privately owned vehicles operating on this military installation
are required to display a valid mechanical safety inspection sticker. If
the state in which the vehicle is licensed or registered does not require
a mechanical safety inspection, the requirements of the State of Virginia
in this respect will govern.
(c) All vehicles operating on this military installation are subject
to the traffic code, copies of which are available in the Command Security
Office.
