M26B 52.245-9G19 EVALUATION OF OFFERS CONSIDERING DSCR (JAN 1996)
AND THE COST OF GOVERNMENT FURNISHED
M45F34 SILVER
In accordance with Clause 52.245-9G18 (Section I) and DFARS
Provision 252.208-7000 (Section M), offerors shall submit two
prices, one based on the contractor furnishing silver and one
based on the Government furnishing silver. The cost of Government
furnished silver will be considered in evaluating offered prices
based on the Government furnishing silver. Award will be made for
the price determined to be in the best interest of the Government
except use of Government furnished silver is mandatory when the
quantity required is one hundred (100) troy ounces or more.
