As prescribed in 511.204(b)(12), insert the following clause:
Unique Item Identification (UID) (Jan 2010)
Unique Item Identification shall be required on tangible personal property in accordance with DFARS 211.274-4 as requested by the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) or Department of Defense (DOD). Item Property that falls within this criterion shall be valuated and identified in accordance with DFARS 252.211-7003. Details shall be found in DFARS 252.211-7007.
