Section 5101.602-3: Ratification of unauthorized commitments.

(b) Policy.

    (3) HCAs may ratify unauthorized commitments and delegate this authority to no one lower than the chiefs of the contracting offices -

      (A) $100,000 or less to a PARC; and
      (B) $10,000 or less to chiefs of contracting offices.
