The Contracting Officer may insert a clause substantially the same as 5352.209-9001, Resubmission of First Articles, in Section I whenever the first article approval clauses at FAR 52.209-3, First Article Approval-Contractor Testing, and or 52.209-4, First Article Approval - Government Testing, are used to provide the government estimate of the cost of retesting disapproved first articles.
