(a)(2)(iii)(A) For ACAT II and III programs , source selection authority is further delegated as set forth in the Appendices:
(a)(2)(iv) For all programs ≥ $100M and < $500M in the AFPEO/CM portfolio acquired by AFMC activities, the SSA is the AFMC Services Advocate, in accordance with the Expectation Management Agreement Between AFPEO/CM and AFMC, dated 01 Aug 08. The AFMC Services Advocate may assign one or more HQ AFMC individuals as Source Selection Advisory Council members or advisors. For AFCEE programs ≥ $100M, the SSA is the AFPEO/CM.
(3)(90) For “Other Contracting” source selections over $10 million using the Mandatory Procedures at MP5315.3 and not in AFPEO/CM’s portfolio, the SSA shall be as set forth in the Appendices, except for AFCEE which is addressed below:
(i) For non-operational acquisitions the SSA is the Center Commander/Director, with further delegation as set forth below, with power of redelegation:
≥ $100M: AFCEE/CL is the SSA
≥ $10M < $100M: AFCEE/CL/DD is the SSA
