As prescribed in 5346.372(90), insert the following clause, substantially as written, in Section E:
INSPECTION AND ACCEPTANCE (AFMC) (OCT 2008)
(a) In accordance with FAR 46.401(b), Government Contract Quality Assurance Inspection, and 46.503, Place of Acceptance, will be at: (Offeror, insert plant or other source location(s)) and when applicable, final inspection and acceptance will be at: (Offeror, insert packaging location or address of other facility when final inspection and acceptance will occur at sites other than above).
(b) Inspection and acceptance of data will be in accordance with the Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs) attached hereto. In those instances where the symbol "LT" appears in block 7 of the CDRL, the place for such action shall be at the office designated as the "Technical Office."
