AFSPC contracting offices may include the clause at AFSPCFARS 5352.243-9500 "Advance Change Adjustment Agreement" in solicitations and contracts when the estimated cost or price of the contract is expected to be greater than $1,000,000, and the Contracting Officer determines the use of this clause to be in the Government's best interest.
